We aim to offer attractive competitive insurance products with features which genuinely benefit Members, through distribution channels that are accessible and easy to use. We pride ourselves on the outstanding Claims service we provide and we are very proud to have received accolades for our claims team in 2017 & 2018.
We have a clear focus on the key role technology plays in our business, in particular on improving our efficiency. We also understand the need to be cyber resilient and as such we continue to ensure our systems and processes are robust in order to protect members' information.
We continue to perform well, but we are not complacent. We face unprecedented change and challenges. The technology underpinning distribution, underwriting and claims administration is constantly changing. We will continue to keep a close watch on how the technological evolution can benefit us, as we know this is key to maintaining competitiveness.
